Disclaimer
PIANO WEEK LTD will make every effort to ensure the health and safety of every child attending the festival whilst on any premises hired by us. To support us in this process, parents (or nominated guardians) must attend and supervise children under their responsibility whilst the children participate at the festival unless an appropriate pastoral care has been agreed.
Some of the practice rooms may be situated in buildings with limited or difficult access. All participants and relatives take responsibility for their own safety when entering those areas.
Refunds & cancellations
All deposits made at the time of submitting application form are non-refundable. Once full payment of the festival fees has been made, they are non-refundable. The only exception is in the instance where a participant is unable to attend due to health issues, whereby an official doctor’s note must be presented to the organisers.
Concert tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
We only accept tickets for re-sale in the event of a sold out concert. You will receive a refund if we are able to re-sell your ticket. This will be credited to the card used to complete the original transaction. The re-sale fee is £2.50 per ticket.
If you need to return your tickets we will be happy to exchange them for a credit voucher valid for 6 months. We must be notified at least two weeks prior to the concert in order to facilitate the exchange.
If for any reason PIANO WEEK LTD is unable to provide its services as advertised, PIANO WEEK LTD shall offer participants and patrons a full refund of any amount already paid.
Conduct
If PIANO WEEK LTD, using all reasonable discretion, feels unable to continue providing tuition on account of conduct of the participant or anyone connected with the participant which makes it unethical or unsafe to continue teaching the participant, the fees for any outstanding part of the course will not be refundable.
